The goal is to centre the medical system around the patient and his or her needs. The first phase of the scheme is to provide the various medical structures with an efficient information system that suits the context and is accessible online. These medical structures will therefore be responsible for the treatment since they will be in charge of entering the data. The second phase will consist in giving patients access to their medical information regardless of the structure they are visiting.
